Mr. Brad Penn
Mr. Bradley (Brad) Penn is the Chief of Programs for the Science and Technology Directorate, SOF AT&L MacDill AFB, FL. He is responsible for providing program management oversight on a $240M portfolio consisting of BA2 (Applied Research) and BA3 (Advanced Technology Development) funds to develop new and disruptive technologies for the Command.
