Please note the following times are for General Attendees; the following guidance is not applicable for exhibitors or sponsors.

Access to Exhibition Halls:
- Monday, 18 May: The Exhibition Halls are closed to attendees on Monday
- Tuesday, 19 May: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday, 20 May: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Thursday, 21 May: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Access to Tampa Convention Center Hospitality Suites:
- Monday, 18 May: The Hospitality Suites are closed to attendees on Monday
- Tuesday, 19 May: 08:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Wednesday, 20 May: 08:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Thursday, 21 May: 08:00 am – 3:00 pm
Access to Conference Sessions:

- Conference sessions are ONLY open to those with a Full Conference and Exhibition pass.

You will have the ability to register your staff with your allotment of free passes, as well as any additional paid passes you would like to include.

Are you a Global SOF Corporate Partner with Complimentary Entries? If your membership includes complimentary passes, you will receive a dedicated communication containing your unique promo code. Use this code during the registration process to utilize your organization’s allotment of free entries.
Corporate Partner Deadlines & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth registration process and maintain your member benefits, please adhere to the following schedule:
- April 27: Final deadline for new Corporate Partners to be processed and receive their registration discount codes.
- April 27: Final deadline for all refund requests.
- On-Site Policy: Please note that discount and promo codes cannot be applied to on-site registrations. All partner allotments must be processed online in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Corporate Partners: Refund requests must be submitted by the April 27 deadline. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
- General Attendees: Cancellation requests will be honored for administrative purposes; however, please note that no refunds will be provided for general registration.
- To initiate a cancellation, please contact Customer Solutions at sofweek@jade.mcievents.com.
All badges must be printed at an official SOF Week Registration location; a complete list of sites and operating hours can be found here.
Individual Badge Pickup Required. For security reasons, bulk badge pick-up is strictly prohibited, and registrants may not print or collect badges on behalf of others. All SOF Week 2026 attendees—including all USSOCOM personnel and exhibitor POCs—must personally present a valid government-issued ID or passport to receive their credentials. To ensure a seamless experience, pre-event pick-up is available at several locations, including MacDill AFB, Tampa International Airport, and the Tampa Convention Center.
Lost or Misplaced Badges The first reprint of a lost or misplaced badge is complimentary. Any subsequent reprints must be processed at the Tampa Convention Center (TCC) registration desk for a fee of $25 per badge. A valid ID is required for all reprints.

SOF Week Welcome Reception Add-On: If you are registering for SOF Week, the Welcome Reception will be available as an Add-On to your ticket during the registration process. It can be added later through your Registration Portal, if needed.
SOF Week Welcome Reception ONLY: If you or a guest will ONLY register for the SOF Week Welcome Reception, select “SOF Week Welcome Reception Only.” This badge will have a yellow outline.
