All attendees must print their badge at an official SOF Week Registration location. For security purposes, badges must be picked up individually with a valid government-issued ID or passport.

Requests made after 1 MAY date may not be accommodated.
For getting to and around Tampa, ride-sharing is the easiest option.
Uber and Lyft pickup and drop-off zones are available directly on campus to help streamline arrival and departure.
If you plan to drive:
- Park at Ybor City garages
- Use the free TECO Line Streetcar for direct access to campus
- Plan for road closures and increased traffic
You can also use the trolley and other local transportation options to move between locations.

Be Ready, Stay Informed
We get it—your mission starts with caffeine. We’ve got you covered so you can fuel up and hit the ground running.
Show Floor: Coffee stations are available throughout the exhibition halls.
Tampa Convention Center Coffee Shop: Located on Level 3, just outside the upper exhibit halls.
Hotel Markets: Fresh coffee is available in the lobby-level markets of both the JW Marriott and Marriott Water Street.
Starbucks: Find locations inside the Embassy Suites and across the way at the Westin Waterside.
Stay connected throughout the event with complimentary Wi-Fi at the Tampa Convention Center. Simply select the SOF Week network—no password required.
To stay connected at the Marriott properties, please utilize the hotel guest network with no password required.
Power up on the go! Charging tables will be available throughout the Tampa Convention Center and JW Marriott to keep your devices charged and your day running smoothly. Specific locations will be shared closer to the event.
Connect with peers, partners, and professionals during SOF Week’s dedicated networking receptions. These casual gatherings are a great opportunity to engage with the community while exploring the exhibit halls.
